Return Policy
We accept returns only for products with manufacturing defects.
🔹 Items purchased at discounted prices are non-returnable.
🔹 Manufacturing defects must be reported within 1 day of receiving the product.
🔹 If the return is approved, the full amount will be refunded.
📌 Return Process:
1️⃣ Share clear product images with our sales representative via WhatsApp (+923056080757) or Email (shineone.pk@gmail.com).
2️⃣ Ship the product back in original packaging along with all contents within 1 day of receiving it.
3️⃣ Once inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 15 working days.
